4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and images
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Process and ship orders in a timely manner
  • Handle customer service inquiries professionally
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay applicable commissions to the platform

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by individual vendors. Please review the vendor's return policy before making a purchase. We facilitate returns but are not responsible for vendor return policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Solar Market or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
