How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to 'My Orders'. Click 'Return' next to the item you want to return.
Get Authorization
You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Package Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Ship Back
Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at the carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy Highlights
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for most standard returns.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Processing time starts after we receive and inspect your returned item.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed or used
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged by customer
- Software or digital products (once downloaded)
- Perishable or consumable items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we'll cover return shipping.
